Initially, we were referred to two men and a truck to move some larger items into the new home. After the movers were unable to remove the couch (That myself and one other were able to move on our own at a later date) they left early, moved some of the items back into the new residence, leaving mud stains on the new carpet, as well as a hole in the trim from a puncture.

Dan, thank you for sharing your honest feedback about your moving experience with our Champaign team. We are truly sorry to hear that our movers did not meet your expectations, and we would appreciate the chance to correct our mistakes. We will be reviewing this with our team and will ensure that this is corrected for future moves. Please give us a call at (217) 398-2636 so that we can start the damage claims reporting process.

The more experienced mover was patient and thorough with instruction given to the other. They worked nonstop for 10 hours. Very impressed! Cheerful, good attitudes, professional, careful, and extremely hard-working! We had way more than realized and everything, up basement stairs and back down basement stairs. I should've planned for four instead of two men, but they did not complain. Impressive!

The TMAAT team was wonderful to work with! The actual move day went VERY smoothly, much to the work of Tay, Armani, Matt, and the 3 Ds (I did not catch all of their names). Their positive disposition and attitude made a very stressful day MUCH better.
