The moving team was excellent. They called when they were on the way - arrived when they said they would. They were respectful, professional, polite, efficient and engaging. I wasn't aware of that the driving time to my location would be charged to the hours. If you mentioned it in any document, making it more obvious would be less embarrassing for the customer by the unexpected cost.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved. The woman I spoke to on the phone to make the appointment was very knowledgeable and told me exactly what we needed to do. She gave us an approximate time that the movers would be here. They called and let us know they were coming and arrived within the time window. They were quick and efficient.

Andrew and Chris were wonderful to work with! They arrived during the window of time I was given when I booked my appointment and they were very professional. They took the time and care to ensure our large items were moved carefully and safely.
