I wasn't aware of that the driving time to my location would be charged to the hours. If you mentioned it in any document, making it more obvious would be less embarrassing for the customer by the unexpected cost.

I was very pleased with the care the movers took with the items being moved. This was the 3rd time I have used the service and would highly recommend it.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved. The woman I spoke to on the phone to make the appointment was very knowledgeable and told me exactly what we needed to do. She gave us an approximate time that the movers would be here. They called and let us know they were coming and arrived within the time window. They were quick and efficient.
