We were impressed with overall professionalism, courtesy of everyone from first contact through staff and movers. Trucks were clean, team was fast and efficient. We would highly recommend to others. We were very comfortable having the company in our home.

Melvin & Dar were awesome. Made the entire day less stressful & downright enjoyable. I will say it’s odd to receive a “business call“ from a personal phone number, especially when it comes from a Chicago area code. Now this person has my personal phone number & I his. It’s pretty standard practice to have a universal business cellphone for professional communication.

While personalized communication can be effective, we acknowledge that it’s essential to maintain professional boundaries. We have many trucks and Drivers operating them. Our customer's privacy is important to us and this is something we train our employees on. We are always working to do things better and appreciate this feedback.

I had a crew of 4 for my move. They were really great to work with; timely, efficient, friendly, paid attention to details. I couldn't have pictured a smoother process. Would recommend for anyone making a move!

It took 6 hrs for two 10 x 10 storage units. They could not complete all the requests because they ran out of time. I felt $1300.00 was very expensive for the job. The guys were very nice.
