Excellent service!! Both guys - TJ and Rod, were very professional, handled everything with care, and did an excellent job!! They went over and above our expectations.

Two of your employers were exemplary. Kim in the office - taking my two million phone calls and Ty during moving making everything easy no matter the hurdle. Wow. Can't say enough about both of them. Ty was careful with everything he wrapped, how he packed the truck, etc. We had very minimal damage and considering the tough move we had, I expected MAJOR damage. This was an amazing experience.

My moving team was great and did an amazing job. Only issue I had was I got quoted 300-600 but my bill came out to $719 (and range in the iPad was higher than 300-600)
If I remember correctly, Kim’s computer wasn’t working when I booked so maybe this was just best guess and then it got increased but I would have liked to know ahead of time to expect something higher. I get things happen!

Devin and the other two were courteous and responsible! Even on a very cold day, they were great to work with. They did a great job protecting my items! Thank you!

Office experience was stressful w mixed communication Cedar Rapids office vs Waterloo office.
But. The movers were excellent. Friendly. Accommodating. Extra effort in coming to house next day to fit more in was top shelf.
I had some heavy stuff that was hard work for them.
A few things stored on first level that should have been on main floor. On scale 0-10, I’d rate them a 12. Thanks to them!!!
