Overall experience was great. Movers were early and did a great job taking care of my items. Movers did mention that they had a smaller truck than normal (only 23' with smaller attic) rather than the normal size truck (26' with attic), which required them to think about how to get everything in the truck, so they only had to make on trip. They were very understanding and good guys, I was impressed. Thank you and I will recommend Two Men and a Truck to others.

The movers were very professional and did a GREAT job moving my furniture into my house. I was a little upset though, when they told me there would be extra fee's just getting there, getting back to their office, and a fuel surcharge. I think that should have been disclosed upfront. I would recommend them, but just be very clear to ask about the TOTAL summary of their charges.

I just wish the move was a little faster. It cost more than I anticipated. I think that's because the website isn't really designed to show all the miscellaneous things I had to move. Otherwise, great experience.

Scheduling went fine. We were told weight was not problem for dressers/chests/armours because all would be wrapped; we didn’t empty our 2 armours. One of the guys was rough with our furniture and I watched him drop the dolly down the ramp of the truck and hit a piece of furniture and our garage from an upstairs window. He did not know I saw him. I asked what created a dent in the garage (& a scratch in our steel door), no one admitted fault though I had watched it happen. (1 of 4 damage reports).
At our new house, where the items were being taken, I watched a guy ram a dresser into the corner of the wall ruining our perfect house. I watched a guy drop/crack an armour in front of me & the other armour bottom fell out after unwrapping. 2 other items are sprung. No-one will call me back
