To prepare for your upcoming move, please be sure to know and have the following:
- An inventory list: the more detailed and accurate your list is, the better our customer service representatives can estimate how long your move will take. Go through your home room by room and write down all the items that you will need to be moved. Doing this will also help our customer service representatives estimate your moving supplies, such as boxes, tape, and stretch wrap the help properly pack and safely move all your items.
- If you are packing your items, make sure that every single box is labeled, especially breakables. Also, be sure to put as many things in boxes as you can as it helps speed up the moving process. If we are packing for you, please make note of your items, i.e., breakables, dishware, etc.
- If you live in or are moving to an apartment complex that will require an elevator, please make sure to let our customer service representative know in advance. Also, try to reserve the elevator so other residents are not around and the moving team does not have to wait as this will increase your move time.
