My overall experience was good. I had a little trouble getting ahold of office staff at times. Also, there seemed to be a problem with communication between the two ladies I spoke with on the phone regularly. They would call and ask the same questions, etc. Or one of them hadn't left a note for the other so information wasn't passed along correctly.

Furniture was a very tight fit through narrow doors, movers were careful with both the door frame, walls and furniture and did an excellent job! Lauraine

Deb in the office was " awesome" in helping me with a project before the move ( at the last minute, I needed appliances picked up from Sears ) as well as the hiring of your movers for my final move into my 1st home purchase. She was very helpful and kind with my many questions as I'm disabled and was concerned with my move budget. I absolutely would recommend anyone I know that is moving to use your company. Jonathan "Johnny" left at my residence a mini black tool kit I'd like to return it to him , may I drop it of at your office?

We were blown away, beyond expectations how great of a job they did. I’ve never seen movers work so hard to please a finicky customer!!
They were literally moving constantly. They wrapped everything to perfection. We had extremely heavy and expensive irriplacable furniture and nothing was even scratched they did such an amazing job wrappping the items up. I will use your company over and over again and recommend your company to everyone I know. Aaron and Dawson were fantastic, if they knew anything about interior design I would hire them away from you!

Overall really satisfied. Had two great up best drivers. My dog is a little wild some times but they both did well to give her attention and calm her down. Very funny and out going gentlemen.

Excellent. Excellent. My only “disappointment” was having to pay the hourly rate from your shop and return. Feels it should be from my doorstep to doorstep completion.

First time using a moving company, I was concerned with the timeframe given being that even the minimum time seemed way too high. But I went with it. The movers were excellent, quick and efficient. Moved everything and finished way before the minimum time so even the price was great. Definitely recommend you guys to friends
