Movers for Moms®
Our Savannah crew is excited to participate in the annual Movers for Moms® campaign. First launched in 2007, the Movers for Moms® program seeks to recognize moms and children in crisis on Mother’s Day by arranging delivery of gifts to women and children living in local shelters over the holiday weekend. By teaming up with local organizations to collect items, we were able to deliver hundreds of gifts to a local shelter last year. This year is going to be an even bigger year for the program! Giving back to the community has been a part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® mission since its first year in operation.  We are also honored to be part of the Susan G. Movers for Moms®

At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Savannah, we believe every mother deserves to feel valued, supported, and celebrated, especially during difficult times. That’s why we’re proud to once again host our annual Movers For Moms® campaign. This community-driven initiative provides essential comfort and care items to mothers in need just in time for Mother’s Day.

This year, we are partnering with SAFE Shelter, an organization that provides shelter, support, and safety to women and children fleeing domestic violence. Together with our community, we hope to make this Mother’s Day brighter for the resilient women served by SAFE Shelter.

 We will collect items now through the week of Mother’s Day, with all donations being delivered to SAFE Shelter just in time for the holiday.

Movers for Mutts

Movers for Mutts is a program created by TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in an effort to help local animal shelters support and foster stray animals. This program is hosted each fall and partners with local businesses, schools, and organizations to collect food, toys, and other essential items pets may need.

Susan G. Komen for the Cure has had a major impact the fight against breast cancer.  Its advocacy in education, research and services and support programs has transformed how the world talks about and treats breast cancer and has helped turn millions of breast cancer patients into breast cancer survivors.  TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Savannah is honored to be part of the Coastal Georgia Affliate each year by helping to set up, distribute meals to the hundreds of volunteers each day, set up water stations for the runners, and whatever else they need us to do.  We look forward to serving them each year!

It is an honor to be recognized in this light and a huge testament to our wonderful staff who work so hard to provide every customer with the best possible moving experience.
