Had an overall pleasant experience from beginning to end. From the time I sent my first e-mail for information the reply was made very quickly, and all phone conversations and personal experiences until every thing was finalized were above my expectations. I appreciate the way TWO MEN AND A TRUCK take care of their customers.

The guys were polite and professional, they were quick and did a great job with our move.

Our movers were the best! They worked so hard and were so nice. The office could have had it together a little more as far as speed- on the phone for a while trying to get the quote and then the call dropped. I called back and left a message and never got reconnected even though I still received my quote via email. The office is the first line of contact and interaction with your agency so that experience could have been better. But our awesome movers made up for everything.

Movers were awesome! Amazing attitude and worked very hard! Actually pushed themselves to challenge each other and to pick up the pace. I got tired just watching those 4 guys. Everyone was respectful and polite during all phases of the move. Great experience and showed me even though they were a business that it was simply not just about money. They seemed genuinely concerned about the experience. Would recommend to any and everyone!

I was pleased with the ease of setting up the appointment, the promptness and efficiency of the crew, as well as the care that was taken to keep my items in good condition. Two Men and a Truck rock!!!

Overall my experience was good. I was displeased with the office staff’s attitude. The first young lady acted as if I were a bother and did not get my service request correct. The driver and helper was very friendly but the gentlemen junior of the two had a hygiene problem. They also broke my tri-fold mirror.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Patrick and Luther from the Augusta, Georgia office took very good care of me, I had a hurt ankle on the day of the move and they were attentive and concerned about my well-being. Both of them were very thoughtful, and they worked quickly and were careful with my belongings. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again.

The 2 men we had for our move were courteous, efficient and very respectful of our property. We were impressed with the way they wrapped the furniture for protection. It was a good experience overall.
