Office staff was very helpful and informative. Our movers were careful to protect our furniture but not careful in taking care of our home. We were left with numerous stretches and dents throughout our home and our kitchen/garage door has numerous dents and will need to be replaced now because of their carelessness. They did not seem to care what they hit as they were moving furniture and left us with a house that will need work done now in order to get it back to the way it was before they came. I have used two men and a truck 3 other times and never had a problem until now. I do not recommend using them if you care about keeping your home damage free!

Arrived on time and worked hard with a great attitude. The hours estimate was exactly on the money.

Overall we had a good experience with TMAAT. Had a few issues which are listed below:
*Some damage was done to the new hardwood floors.
*The washer and dryer were in close area. They didn’t really want to connect the dryer. I had the precious owners vent connection for the dryer, and if I had not reminded them, they would have left before re connecting.
*An accent piece on the top of the mirror is missing. Not sure if it got broken off, but it’s gone.

Movers did not actually move everything. We had to take 4 more car loads of things after we discovered our previous home had not been completely moved despite everything being properly packed and plenty of room left in the moving truck. Damage was done to our new house- scuff marks on walls and broken blinds. Movers were unprofessional and did not treat property respectfully

Your employees moved heavy items from one room to another. At all times they were professional, helpful and courteous.

Your survey is flawed. It only asks about the people who did things right and not about the people who messed everything up. The local office was great. They really had to scramble to fix the mess your customer service center, which is located who knows where, made. Long story short. I took work off and due to the incompetence of the customer service center, my move was accidentally canceled and the local people had to pick up the pieces. My 8:00am move didn't start until 11:30, and I wasn't sure most of the morning if I would be moved at all. A lot of phone calls and waiting.

This was the most courteous group of guys. I told them my needs and the time frame I wanted them to honor. They understood and were very respectful and courteous. It was over 100 degrees with the heat index and they were appreciative of water and didn't waste a minute!

I specifically told the office personnel to not send the movers with their moving truck and due to mis-communication, they drove it. I only needed two people to help me move from one building to the next. The movers themselves were great! We had everything done in one hour (arrived at 3:38pm- finished at 4:44pm).

The movers showed up promptly they looked well-dressed they were very polite they introduced themselves and asked what I wanted them to do. They immediately got to work and my entire house was packed and moved within four and a half hours I was very impressed and will be using them again.
