Dee and Jaking (Truck #12- Augusta, GA) were excellent is all aspects: Courteous, respectful, efficient, and an overall great attitude! I had 4 full rooms of furniture (some very heavy and some that had to be dismantled) - Dee had excellent knowledge of how to pack efficiently and quickly.....I was worried that it may not all fit in the truck and storage unit........These guys were some serious hard workers!!! And they performed their jobs with joy and enthusiasm. I would definitely use them again!!

Part of my bed got lost; now there is nothing supporting the slats underneath the box spring. The corner of my dresser was slightly damaged, which the office staff “Rhonda” stated was “inevitable”. I won’t be choosing this company again. The movers were fine, but I didn’t appreciate the dismissive attitude of the office staff. The entire experience was stressful as I was told movers would be coming between 12:30-2:30 pm. I was at my new home all morning waiting for cable to be installed when I got a call from Rhonda stating movers were on their way with an ETA 11:15 am. I’m sure most people wouldn’t mind getting an earlier start, but I wasn’t home and couldn’t be in 2 places at once. I ultimately had to inconvenience my parents which could have been avoided if the schedule was followed.

Four medium boxes, one small box, two dog crates, two vacuums, two dog beds, three lamps, a folding table and chair, a garden hoe, and a bag of throw rugs were inexplicably left behind by the movers. The bag of throw rugs was left out in the rain on the front deck!!! Most items that were left behind were from our upstairs bedroom and bathroom.
The movers charged for two trips, specifically to return for items that didn’t fit in the truck for the first trip. The movers returned with a small load consisting of our skis, and a few boxes and bags and did not tell us about the items that they had left behind
We returned to our house expecting only to only retrieve our plants & TVs. We spent hours on Friday night moving these items that were left behind by the movers.

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

We strongly suggested at scheduling that based on your items and contents, that you utilize 4 men and 2 trucks to relocate your items, which you declined. To assist our TEAM, we provided a 3rd TEAM member to your move for 8 hours at No charge. This saved you $280.00 of unbilled service time. If you were present, we could have spoke directly to you should you have had suggestions, so we went off the instructions of your representative to take and leave items in specific areas. You may want to discuss this with the person you left in charge to oversee your relocation as a whole. The guys were awesome. Moved quickly and no messing around. We had 13 steps to our front door moving out but didn’t slow them up. They took care of my furniture and when we arrived at the new house they were very cautious and in contact with me about where things were to be placed. They worked very hard

I was very disappointed in my experience. I was referred by a couple who had a great experience. I hired them to take the burden off my family, but it only added stress to the move. The day of the move I was greeted with poor attitude by the driver of the truck. He was very verbal about his frustrations with having to move my items as he was told "this would be a 2 hour job". Although I made clear ahead of time the amount of items I had. The gentleman used foul language repeatedly to vent his frustrations about "being tired" & "not getting paid enough". Very unprofessional. He made me feel very uncomfortable in my own home. He asked for cash tip before moving anything. The office said they would followup with my concerns, but I never heard back. I guess they got paid so they don't care.

Our scheduled move day changed several times and the office worked with us to get it done on the day we needed. Office called to confirm a few days ahead, called on day of move to let me know when they were coming. They arrived within the 2 hour window promised. The movers took good care of our belongings and were careful not to damage walls as well. I would recommend to anyone and plan to use again.

As usual I was satisfied and have used your company at least five times before. This is the first time that I have had items damaged and they were promptly taken care of. There was a new employee who was not as careful as he should have been.
