From the office staff to the movers, the level of service was exceptional. Virginia was awesome in getting me on the schedule quickly. If I knew how easy a move would've been, I would have moved a long time ago! The 2 men were amazingly wonderful. They took excellent care of all of my belongings. They unloaded and set up my new residence. They were totally professional and even set up my technology which I didn't expect. Thank you!!!

Only one issue: The sofa was rocked back on its antique legs on the concrete. When I brought it to the movers’ attention they corrected the problem.

Two new floors, previous home and new home, both received visible damage. Didn’t bother writing it up...wouldn’t matter.
Estimate dialogue needs work. No one said I needed to time how long it takes to get from elevator to unit. Apparently 3 minutes is very very long, because 4 hour estimate turned into 9 hour effort, despite elevator, marble floor (no friction), no appliances and almost no furniture.

The entire staff did a great job in making this a successful move. From my first conversation with Jessica I knew what would happen when and how much it would cost. Jessica was great to work with! Sean and Michael did a great job in loading, moving and unloading everything. Both men were polite and professional! Would not hesitate to use TMT again!
