The two young gentlemen who did my move were absolutely fabulous. They did a great job wrapping and loading furniture and unloading and reassembling the bed, etc. If your company offers bonuses, they definitely deserve one, the were the best.
It was a long-distance move and they said they always work together as a team. I totally scored with them.

The crew that came out was extremely nice and professional. The crew leader was very careful with how my Mom's fragile items were packaged and loaded. The team also helped in disposing of items in an open top dumpster. If I move again, Two Men and a Truck will be my first call! Thanks!!

Lack of communication from the office to the frontline workers. Charging me for using things I specifically asked not to use. The operations employee Brittany was rude and hang up on me for no reason. I was never rude to her. Or did nothing to prompt her to act the way she did. They do not follow up on things they say they are going to do. Terrible service experience!!! Do not use this company!

The TV box charge remained on the invoice because the material was used during your move and signed for on the completed sales item form at the time of service. Even so, our team worked to address your concerns by reducing your billed labor time and later offering an additional resolution involving a partial refund upon return of the TV box.
We also recognize that there was frustration surrounding communication with our office. While our records show several follow-up attempts and conversations from multiple team members to help resolve the matter, we regret that the experience left you feeling dissatisfied. That is never the impression we want to leave with our customers.
We do appreciate your acknowledgment that the moving crew themselves did a good job during the service. Feedback, both positive and negative, is taken seriously and shared internally as part of our ongoing efforts to improve the customer experience.
