We were moving and needed help to do so. Our general contractor had used you before and was very impressed. We were moving our son's home and our home. Each experience was truly wonderful. The gentlemen were professional and skilled. They were willing to move anything with great attitudes. They had a camaraderie and respect for one another that caused them to work in unity with all that they did. I cannot say enough about their good attitudes and kindness to us. This is the third time I’ve use Two Men and a Truck - the first two times for business and the most recent time for a residential move. I’ve been extremely satisfied with the service and will definitely use the company again when the need arises.

The movers moved my furniture from my first location to their warehouse. After a while, I decided to move from my son's family home to my own apartment. I called Two Men and a Truck and informed them of this. We set-up a moving date. They brought my furniture to the new location. After a busy time of the furniture arriving and signing the forms, I noticed that the bottom black plexglass shelf of my tv stand was missing. I immediately called the office to inform them. After many conversations, and them not being able to find the shelf they informed me that since I had a $300. deductible, there was nothing more they could do. This tv stand was very well wrapped with plastic. The shelf was very heavy. It seems unreasonable it could have come loose without anyone noticing it.

On moving day arrival time was set for 8:30 to 9:00. I received a call from the movers that they were just leaving the other side of town at 9:20. The office staff never called to say they would be late. I called them to ask why I didn’t get a call from them and the person answering was rude and stated that they weren’t late yet and that the movers should have called me. Several others called from the office to apologize for that initial person’s attitude; however office should have contacted me so we weren’t wasting out time. On the contract, the wrong delivery address was listed even though I had told them numerous times. The movers were very courteous, efficient and they are the only reason I would recommend the company to anyone.

From start to finish, our move with Two Men and a Truck went like clockwork. Jessica in the office was so helpful in going through options and determining the move details and Sean, Mike, Anthony and Swarmir made moving day go so smoothly with their professionalism and care. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for anyone needing moving services.

I was called about 12 hours prior to try and cancel my appt and move it to 4 days later .
