I am absolutely thrilled with how my move went. The movers were professional and fast, and everything came over perfectly. From my delicate crystal to suitcases of clothes, everything was handled with care and respect. I know I will rely on Two Men and a Truck the next time I move, and I am going to be sure to tell everyone the same.

Overall moving was good and the movers were excellent. Unfortunately the moving truck spilled oil on our new driveway and has created a problem. Your team has been responsive in trying to fix, but still an issue. Other than that unfortunate issue, a smooth move and really appreciated Rasheed and his team. Company needs to ensure their vehicles are in good condition with no leaks.

I spoke with the office staff in reference to scheduling and the process which was explained to me. Once the crew arrived they informed me of all the things they didn't do which was the opposite of everything the office told me. I was initially told that they were not going to shrink wrap or pad my furniture and as a result some pieces were damaged. The insurance that is offered is highway robbery. I will not recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone.

The movers (Tyler, Chris, and Trenton) were extremely professional and dedicated. The one aspect that would have made it better was for the initial estimate to have been a bit more thorough. The actual amount moved was twice as much weight as the estimate. There was also one pickup truck load and a utility trailer worth of my goods that were not loadable on the truck. Even though it took approximately 11 hours (including 3 hour drive time) Tyler, Chris and Trenton saw that everything was accounted for from the move. I'll use Two Men and a Truck in the future, but I'll insist that the initial estimate be more accurate for an entire household worth of goods.

The move I thought went great until I started unpacking and getting furniture together. I am missing a 2 shelf black bookcase and 2 shelves that belonged to my deceased father’s entertainment cabinet that he had since the 1980. When the guys left I thought I had everything but I didn’t. That day was hot and I understand the movers were hot and tired. When asked the office about my bookcase no one called me back. I thought by inspecting the truck they can see items still left from my move. Not sure what happened. But if you have my items I would like them back. I greatly appreciate it. If I move again I may use this company but will be more vigil with my items.

Lee and his team of 2 other movers were fantastic. They worked very hard with a positive attitude. They showed up on time and worked hard until the move was complete. They were very professional. Although we suffered some damages, they were quick to offer help and resolution. I would highly recommend Lee and his team to everyone.

I was totally dissatisfied with how long it took to move. They had one dolly; therefore, it took them extremely long. My glass dinning room table was totally destroyed. They did not have the proper equipment to do the job. Personally, I feel that it is done purposely to extend the hours. The company need to revisit their policies because if I had known this prior to moving, I would have selected another company. The men only been on the job from four to six months. Perhaps, a supervisor should have been on the job for support. The men did all that they could do with limited equipment. They wanted me to pay a deductible fee for what they broke. However, I know that they did not mean for it to happen. At this point I am not able to recommend this company until matters are resolved.

Movers were good, little damage, but items were lost. Large box of lamp shades, and other miscellaneous items, boxes of sox, support hose, and too many items to remember, arrived without their other parts. So sad that i lost items, I expected better. Have checked both homes and emptied all boxes to no avail.

Our movers: Sean, Chris, and Justin were great. Wonderful attitudes and no dilly dallying around. They were there to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible.
