When the Army was sending my husband away I knew I wanted to be closer to work. I just dreaded the move and knew the Army was not going to help me. So I was thrilled at the price, helpfulness, and overall amazing job that Two Men and a Truck provided! I will be recommending them to everyone I know that needs help moving.

The 2 men did a great job! They made sure to properly wrap to protect the furniture and beautifully maneuvered the pieces in the pouring rain.

Our move was scheduled for noon-1pm on Saturday. Our mover called Saturday close to arrive time to let us know they would be able to arrive until after 5pm due to a family situation. I understand that those things come up, but there was no back-up team nor a way to reschedule. The movers didn’t arrive until about 6:30pm. That was a late night for my 3 children and ruined the carefully planned timetable for the weekend. Lewis, customer service, was to call me Monday to discuss the moving fees. I left messages, but was unable to speak with him and never got any more help from the Stockbridge office. He didn’t pursue it further, I got no email etc and have a sick child-so chasing him down is last on my list. I will absolutely NOT be able to recommend your company at all to all of our pilot friends relocating for Delta jobs (that’s lots) and will be sure to let my realtor know of the experience. Life happens, but failure to have any means of backup support is the office staff’s failing. Not hearing anything from customer service offering to make this right with the customer is management’s fault.

Virginia was great! The team was great! A suggestion... It would be encouraging to the men who do the moving if the company would give a bonus to those who don't have a damage claim for a number of months and save the company money in the long run. Thank you!!

We were extremely satisfied with this company's service from the booking through the move. Everyone was very courteous, helpful, and fulfilled each responsibility. We also really appreciate the local Two Men and a Truck's support of the non-profit organization Southern Conservation Trust (how we first heard about the company).
