Deontae and Ty did a great job!! They were very thorough in wrapping the items, moving them in and out of the houses and unwrapping items and setting them in place again. They were very courteous and pleasant. They worked so hard!! They were willing to move other items from basement to upstairs. They completed the job quicker than expected. Nothing got broken, no doors or windows had damage.

Remember that a customer doesn’t recall exactly what all is being moved when completing the inventory online and those items can change - a customer also doesn’t have expertise in what will fit onto a truck - so give the customer a bit of grace on day of move

Our experience with this company was excellent from the beginning to the final end. Starting from our first contact the communication was thorough and professional. The three men who moved our belongings were fantastic. They were professional, courteous and extremely careful with our furniture. They were awesome.
