Remember that a customer doesn’t recall exactly what all is being moved when completing the inventory online and those items can change - a customer also doesn’t have expertise in what will fit onto a truck - so give the customer a bit of grace on day of move

Our experience with this company was excellent from the beginning to the final end. Starting from our first contact the communication was thorough and professional. The three men who moved our belongings were fantastic. They were professional, courteous and extremely careful with our furniture. They were awesome. I would highly recommend your company to anyone who moves.

Moving team was great! Todd and crew did a phenomenal job. Your finance department messed up big time. I put the deposit on one card and gave another card to put on file for the rest of the balance. We also gave the info to Todd to pass along. You charged the original card and maxed out my credit limit. Because of you, I am facing punishment from my credit card comp. and no one will return my call

Although the men were courteous and respectful, they admitted to damaging my 50’ flat screen tv. A claim was submitted and they said they would only pay me by weight of my tv yeah….compensation totaled $25. I will never use this company again. This branch out of Lawrenceville, GA. Movers Hakeem and Noah.

Had an incredible experience using 2 men and a truck. I had a local move with 1 stop along the way and everything was done quickly and with care. We've used this company before and normally there isn't any issues. We had to reschedule our move this time because we specifically requested 3 men and they only sent 2 without even contacting us. Naturally, that didn't work because of the items we had. I also had to request that they comp/discount our move because of their mistake. I feel like the company should have automatically offered that
