My furniture was moved without any damage, but one of the movers was very unprofessional. He did not bring any tools and I wasn’t told to provide any, which I could have if I had known, so I had to pay an extra hour for them to take apart a bed with a small screwdriver. He purposefully took his time wandering around and arrived at me new location acting very strangely.

I looked back and do see that your move came in under the estimate that we provided you with at our 2 hour minimum. We never want to disappoint any customer but did want to let you know that our movers only carry basic tools for basic disassembly such as screw drivers, allen keys, and a wrench. These two gentlemen were first class professionals and I would highly recommend them to anyone! I had a 7ft mounted tarpon with delicate fins and paint work. They moved it with out even a nick!

The two men arrived within the time expected. They provided the top-notch service that I expected and experienced with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in the past. The men carefully handled all my belongings without any damage. I really appreciate their hard work and professional services. In my opinion, some of my moving items were heavy, but the men were spectacular with their moving methods.

Initial phone contact: quick & easy. The team that moved me was: Way beyond excellent, Arrived early, Began work immediately, Had a great positive attitude, Were respectful of me and my belongings, Were careful in the wrapping and moving, Were helpful, patient, and simply a pleasure to be around.
