Dedicated to Serving Atlanta

Over the past three years, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Chamblee has partnered with Positive American Youth for our annual Movers for Moms® campaign. We have helped transition single moms to safer housing, and our staff has also volunteered in their pantry. We love donating service to help Atlanta families and youth!

Join us in supporting Positive American Youth during Movers for Moms® this spring! We're collecting canned goods, toiletries, and feminine products to help moms in need. If you’d like to be a collection center for Movers for Moms®, contact us! Stay tuned for more updates in February 2019.

Holiday giveback season is here! We've partnered with Positive American Youth this Christmas. They support families by with their food pantry, help organize relocation and support single moms. Join us by helping Positive American Youth with the following:

Movers for Moms®

Your Decatur movers helped collect items for Women's Resource Center for Domestic Violence for the second year in a row! We're proud to partner with local ITP businesses to help mothers in need! Many thanks to our 2018 partners Brookdale Senior Living, 3131 by Cortland, and Morningside by Windsor.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Chamblee wants to give back to families in need together in 2019.

Movers for Mutts®

During the fall of 2017, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Chamblee’s Movers for Mutts® campaign grew! We partnered with even more local businesses to sponsor two awesome shelters: PAWS Atlanta and Ahimsa House. With our partners, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Chamblee collected two pallets worth of dog food and nine 75-gallon barrels worth of donations!

PAWS Atlanta is Georgia's oldest no-kill shelter, dedicated to helping cats and dogs find forever homes. Our second year beneficiary, Ahimsa House is also a no-kill shelter. Many thanks to our partners: Inman Park Pet Works, Krog Street, Pet Works, Park Pet Supply, Atlanta Parent, Java Cats Cafe, CityDog Avondale Estates, Pet Supplies Plus - Atlanta, Kirkwood Feed & Seed, Pet's Play Place on Ponce, Club Pilaties Brookhaven, Keller Williams Decatur, Joe's EAV Coffee Shop, and Club Pilates Atlanta.

Ahimsa House

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Chamblee staff worked with Ahimsa House last fall and collected over 3,000 items! Ahimsa House supports the relocation and habilitation of families and their furry friends who’ve been affected by domestic violence. Your Atlanta movers had a coloring contest, attended events like Wag Walk n’ Run 5K, and partnered with local pet-friendly businesses to help Ahimsa House. Your Chamblee movers worked with Park Pet Supply, Taj Ma-hound, and VCA Peachtree Animal Hospital to collect items for rescues.

Blaze Sports America seeks out children and veterans with physical disabilities who want to be active! They throw summer camps, sporting events, host clubs, and offer training for the physically impaired. We’re excited to give back to Blaze Sports America by helping move donated items!

Georgia Cares helps out minors who are in abusive situations. They have community, individual, awareness, and emergency response platforms in place to change lives. We’re honored to help move donated items and furniture for them!

Page Turners Make Great Learners

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Chamblee loves giving back to students in DeKalb. During the fall of 2017, your Chamblee movers helped Page Turners Make Great Learners during CBS46 Cares' Books to Kids. Our movers went to the CBS46 station to pick up donated backpacks full of books. Then our move teams packed the backpacks full of books into barrels and loaded them on our trucks and delivered the barrels full of books to Snapfinger Elementary School. Learn more about Page Turners Make Great Learners, here.
