CJ and Q were AWESOME on my moving day. They went above and beyond for me, and CJ in particular saved me from a full on panic attack at least twice! I loved these guys. I've already left a five-star google review. Shout out to Jalen as well, as my mom who dealt with the office side of things had great things to say about him as well.

What an absolute complete failure from the movers to all the damages to being completely ghosted by the office when trying to get refunded for damages.The movers were complaining slow and incompetent.The same move took 6 hours previously but this time was over 12. My wife and I were literally starting to move stuff ourselves because movers were so slow. And office has no intention to repay damages

Unfortunately my second experience with two men and a truck was not the best. The first time there were no issues. This time they broke a window at my father's place and at one point I heard one of the drivers telling their boss on the phone they hung out at McDonald's for 20 minutes during the schedule. There were also marks left on the walls of my new place.

My marble table top was broken in transit during the move. Am aware that accidents do occur.
However, was not pleased! A gentleman by the name of Carlos. Said that he would be in touch with me on 5/5, But, so far haven't heard back from him regarding this matter? Sent him photos via text on 5/4 of the broken Marble top. Would appreciate a replacement of the top or monetary reimbursement.
