CJ and Q were AWESOME on my moving day. They went above and beyond for me, and CJ in particular saved me from a full on panic attack at least twice! I loved these guys. I've already left a five-star google review. Shout out to Jalen as well, as my mom who dealt with the office side of things had great things to say about him as well.

Toby and Marvin were the best! Super nice, thoughtful, and careful with our belongings. We've done a lot of moving in the past few years, and this was the best experience by far! Thank you guys!

What an absolute complete failure from the movers to all the damages to being completely ghosted by the office when trying to get refunded for damages. The movers were complaining slow and incompetent. The same move took 6 hours previously but this time was over 12. My wife and I were literally starting to move stuff ourselves because movers were so slow. And office has no intention to repay damages
Response
We are very sorry to hear that there was any damage on your move. That is never our intention and we hate that it happened here. We have less than a 1% damage rating but damages do occur. We are aware that you have been working through a damage claim with our leadership staff and are unhappy with your settlement amount. We have reviewed your claim and believe that this was fair settlement for the damages incurred. We hope to serve you again on your next move and to earn back your trust.

Unfortunately my second experience with two men and a truck was not the best. The first time there were no issues. This time they broke a window at my father's place and at one point I heard one of the drivers telling their boss on the phone they hung out at McDonald's for 20 minutes during the schedule. There were also marks left on the walls of my new place.

We are sorry to hear that your experience was not as expected. We ensured that you were not charged for any time that was listed as "down time" during their lunch. We hope to serve you again and earn back your trust.

My marble table top was broken in transit during the move. Am aware that accidents do occur.
However, was not pleased! A gentleman by the name of Carlos. Said that he would be in touch with me on 5/5, But, so far haven't heard back from him regarding this matter? Sent him photos via text on 5/4 of the broken Marble top. Would appreciate a replacement of the top or monetary reimbursement.

Ms. Jenkins in the office was extremely professional and provided detailed expected outcomes related to my move. The movers were professional, courteous, and clean. They both had GREAT personalities. They took excellent care of my furniture and called with questions regarding furniture placement after moving. Thank you.
