The guys did great. I did think that charging me $175.00 for travel time to move me less than 5 miles down the road was out extremely high. I was also quoted 2 different hourly rates when i called the first time and the last time. All in all it was not bad. The guys that moved me were great!!

<div>I'm so glad the guys took good care of you. The travel charge covers the time it takes to get to the load from the office and from the unload back to the office. This is when the truck is empty. For your move, that was a total of 67 miles of travel with an empty truck. The distance from your load to unload is part of the hourly rate, and not an extra charge. I'm sorry if that was confusing, but I hope this clears things up a bit. If there is anything else we can do for you, please let me know. The office staff was helpful in finding a date that worked for me and explained the pricing and process thoroughly. Then they checked on with me a couple of days before to remind me of the move and answer any additional questions. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and was done in no time flat. Best moving experience I've ever hand!
