they showed up early, were professional, polite, and had positive attitudes.
they wrapped each piece of furniture & were very careful moving our furniture, especially the hutch & curio cabinet with glass shelves.
thr office personnel coordination & communication was very helpful adding & taking things off the move list.

Kayley our moving coordinator explained the estimate and answered my questions timely. Our on-site movers (KT and Tony) are GIFTS from GOD. The movers arrived on time, great attitude and worked quickly.
I was frustrated with the office personnel. I was called 3 times about changing my reservation from 9-10 am to an afternoon appointment. I explained the first call that we had help lined up and were not flexible. I was concerned and called on Friday to confirm our reservation, fortunately it was scheduled as planned.
