Broke shelf in wooden hutch. Broke off 3 casters on 2 different pieces of furniture. Lord only knows where the casters ended up. One can't be repaired. Disassembled trundle bed. Found one of 8 bolts for us to put back together. Left plastic on several pieces of furniture. Put boxes in wrong rooms that were clearly marked with room to go in to. Etc

There were some minor damage area to a few pieces which I had not had before when using TMAAT but nothing that can’t be repaired.

The moving crew was great. My tv was broken in the moving process but still very satist

The men were hard workers but in some cases did not finish the job. For instence: Our sleep No. bed did not have the screws tighten down tight enough and the bed rocked . The sponge pad was not straighten out on the mattress under the zippered cover. I know the hours worked were longer than estimated and maybe this is why they missed these items. On one of my living room chairs, there is like a grease stain, like the raping had come loose and rubbed against something. Otherwise they did a good job.

Two of my chairs broke in the process, they lost the screws for my beds and did not inform. I discovered it later on. Very disappointed.

Process was easy, the website was helpful during the walk thru evaluation of home items. Prices were fair and less expensive then most of the competitors. Office staff was nice to speak with and followed up after the move to ensure everything went well. Moving team was good, new member of the team who was training seemed to get a little frustrated and knocked some of my belongings into the walls and doorways. But the other two were very good and careful with my things. New guy will probably learn the ropes soon and get better at managing larger items.

It was a good experience. I have used them before and was satisfied. The only thing I would suggest is that they slow down because they did drop a box and broke some items. But you have taken care of everything and the staff was very good and was concerned which I appreciated.

There are many damages to my furniture carpet and walls. I am very disappointed.

I was not sure if you offered internal moving services and was assured that you did by your office staff. She gave me complete information as far as cost and what to expect. We were very pleased with the service and the movers worked carefully and efficiently. Thank you for your service. we would definitely contact you again if the need arises.
