Giving back to our community

Cheeriodicals helps facilitate team building and delivery of get well boxes and gifts to hospitals and charitable events. We were fortunate enough to work together and donate our time and resources to help put together these get well boxes and deliver them to recovering patients in the hospital.

MOVERS FOR MOMS® was started by TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® to help women in homeless shelters and/or victims of domestic violence. Every year we partner with local businesses to collect and deliver these donations that will aid these victims. We are looking for anything and everything from lightly used furniture, to personal hygiene items (deodorant, toothpaste, etc..), to perfume, jewelry, etc… Donations this year will aid the Safehouse of Seminole.

Every year we donate our moving services to help them with their “Walk to End Alzheimer’s®” in the Orlando Area. It is an annual event and is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research. This inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to reclaim the future for millions.

One charity that is near and dear to our heart is the American Cancer Society. Everyone knows someone that has been affected by this terrible disease and we are no different. This disease has affected us first hand and we donate thousands of dollars each year to the American Cancer Society. For every survey filled out after we complete your move we donate $1.00 to the American Cancer Society. This not only helps improve our services but it also gives back. 

Cancer is a topic that hits close to home for this location. Losing family and friends to cancer as well as being a cancer survivor as well. This foundation concentrates on the development and research for children diagnosed with cancer and was recently brought to our attention by the King family. If you have any children or grandchildren you will understand the importance of this program as you would never want to lose a loved one to this terrible disease. If you have an opportunity please consider donating to this cause. We will donate a dollar for every move we complete to this cause.

This year we donated our moving services to help deliver bikes in the Orlando Area for the New Hope for Kids Foundation. Their purpose is to bring hope, healing, and happiness to children and families suffering from grief, loss, or a life-threatening illness.
