2 Men & a Truck uses deceptive billing practices. They inaccurately recorded an inventory list, which is used for pricing. I called and orally corrected the list and reported the inaccuracies and was told not to worry about my move or the price. After the movers took my property, I was called and told that 19 items were not reported for the inventory and that I had to pay $900 more to move.

The gentlemen who helped me move were fantastic. They arrived on time, scoped out their plan of action for moving my items and got to work.
When we arrived at my moving destination, they called me and again scoped out their plan of action and got to work. They asked where I wanted my items and toke great care.

Good to work with. Responsiveness was OK. Packing was a bit of a challenge with boxes not being marked consistently, so very difficult to determine what was in the boxes. Our sleep number 360 had some damage, due to lack of training on these type of beds. The delivery crew was very pleasant to work with. Still waiting on a response with our damage report. I would recommend in general.

This is the second time we use Two Men and a Truck, and the team is efficient, they take special care of moving all the furniture and are cordial! They completed my move in 3 hours. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!!

We cannot thank Ezechiel, Patrick and Eldredge enough for their hard work moving us. They were very fast and careful and our things arrived in perfect condition.
