The movers obviously cared about my property and were very careful. They were fast and completed the job under the estimated time. It was obvious that the guys were well trained and knew how to accomplish difficult situations.

Service was excellent. Men were friendly and efficient. Had some difficulty with piano thus increasing time needed to unload. The charge for travel time should be based on distance and not just a flat rate. Movers attitude was excellent. Mistake was made when answering this question.

We've been in the customer service industry for more than 30 years and we know how important it is to make your customer feel satisfied - even when it's difficult sometimes.
