Evan Mitchell
MOVER SPOTLIGHT
Evan Mitchell is one of our elite Movers and has been working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Brevard since April 2012. Evan states he enjoys meeting new people every day and seeing a smile on the Customers’ faces when the job is done. He is one of the most versatile movers we have. When something needs to be disassembled and/or reassembled, Evan has a real talent for this type of activity and jumps right in and gets the job done. I guess you could call him a “jack of all trades”. He also is the first to volunteer to take on extra jobs and/or go out of state when necessary. Our Customers love Evan’s sense of humor and he gets along with everyone. Evan is a musician and the lead singer in his band, as well as a visual artist. He prefers to spend his spare time creating songs, making sculptures, hanging out with “Iggy” (his potbelly pig), going to concerts and learning the Russian language. We are all excited for Evan because he is looking forward to getting married and adopting his son.
Kylee Mercer
MANAGER SPOTLIGHT
Kylee Mercer has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Brevard for 12 years. She began working as a Customer Service Representative and has worked her way up to being our Sales and Office Manager. Kylee has been very involved with our Movers for Moms® program each year and she secured a partnership with Calvary Chapel Melbourne. Through this partnership, we collected more than 15,000 essential items for the moms residing at Serene Harbor, local a domestic violence shelter. Kylee says “being able to help customers relax and smile is very rewarding. A phone conversation starting off with the customer sounding ‘stressed to the max’ and ending with a little laughter is nice. Just knowing I have made even a slight difference in my customer’s moving experience is pretty cool.” When asked about her “hidden talents”, Kylee informed us she is an artist and enjoys using oil paints, pen and ink, and pastels. When she is not at work, Kylee enjoys relaxing at home and spending time with her family.

A few tidbits of information about Harold – he and his wife, Elizabeth, had a beautiful baby girl in January! When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family. Harold said one of the most satisfying things about his job is the look on customers’ faces when they lift a 900 lb. gun safe.

Wesley Pola
Wesley Pola
CUSTOMER CARE CONSULTANT SPOTLIGHT
Wesley Pola has been a Customer Care Consultant with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK since September 2016 and is proving to be a true asset to our company. Wesley states the most satisfying part of his job is helping customers who call in distraught and clearly stressed out. Perhaps they have no idea how they will be able to get from point A to point B, are not sure they can afford professional moving services but have nobody else to help, or perhaps they may have to move due to home damages, divorce, or a loved one passing. These are all examples of situations he has experienced since working here that makes him proud to do what he does. To be able to give a little hope, help and try to make life a little easier for these types of customers is very gratifying. Wesley has always considered himself an artist since he was a kid. Beside drawing and painting, he has experienced tattooing. He completed an apprenticeship in New York City after graduating high school. Upon moving back to Florida, he obtained a certification to tattoo in Brevard County. He says he is also a pretty good magician! Wesley prefers to spend as much time with his family as possible. Time spent with his wife, children and his mom, of course, is most valuable to him. He also tries to devote time to give back to our community by doing charity work for the Michael-Gene Foundation which he is a part of. He also spends a good amount of time at the gym, painting, fishing, playing video games and taking care of miscellaneous projects/chores at home. Wesley has been slowly studying to become a certified personal trainer with ACSM. He also recently set up and started an account with Ameritrade that he aspires to one day have established a portfolio he can look back on and be proud of.
