Everyone was excellent! Tiny damage to one of the rails on my bed, and missing screws to the wall unit that should be screwed together. Very minor. The guys were excellent other than that.

This is probably my 5th time using your company. I know I could find cheaper but I would never chance going with someone else. Every time I have used Two Men and a Truck I have always been 100 percent happy!! This time was no exception. This was a tough move since I was moving things from my moms house who recently passed away. My team of guys were so empathetic and just overall amazing!!

Everything about our experience was great, except the movers left the hardware to my 5 month old's crib behind. I understand accidents happen, but how that was handled was truly disappointing. We were told the parts were found and shipped on Saturday. I called on Wednesday, turned out that wasn't the case. I had to call on Friday again to check on the parts. They still hadn't been shipped. It is now a full week after the move and I have no confirmation that the parts have been shipped and my daughter doesn't have her crib to sleep in. If there was problem shipping the parts I think the office staff should have called me on Monday and told me so. I feel trapped and at a loss because we spent a lot of money on this move, everything else met expectations, but now I'm stuck with this problem.
