The pack out from home went fine. Driver got injured driving from Orlando to Daytona. He did not do much for the move in. I assisted Larry. Some things were too heavy or too big for him. The mattress covers on both of my mattresses sustained permanent staining as he ran them into trees and almost knocked one gentleman over as he could not see where he was going. I washed the covers but the stains remain. I asked if they were going to send someone else to assist and he replied in the negative. The dresser was too heavy for one person. I just had new flooring installed prior to my move in. By dragging the dresser rather than picking it up the flooring got torn. It is the new HDV vinyl. I have photos. I was not told about it when it happened. Nor was I told they drilled into my wall.

I had moved from Pennsylvania to Florida less than 2 years ago, I did not use Two Men & a Truck then, but I wish I had. The woman I spoke with at 2 Men & a Truck initially was informative and professional. I received 2 calls to follow up and confirm my move. When the moving team arrived promptly I was so happy, but then as they effortlessly moved all of my things in such a short time I was thrilled. The 3 young men on the moving team were courteous and professional. I have already recommended 2 Men & a Truck to my neighbor. Thank you for excellent service, a true value for the money.

I'm sure my move wasn't unusual, however I came upon an stressful situation which the movers helped relieve. Thanks for providing great service in a caring, professional and courteous manner. The movers displayed excellent team work and quickly helped me find a solution to for my problem.

Service slow and men did not follow direction well. We had a very good experience first time, that is why we hired again but this experience did not meet our expectations.

Overall the young men are capable. I believe the business model lends itself to property damage in that they move quickly and for long periods of time without a break in order to keep hourly costs down for the customer. My initial move with them resulted in the breaking of a nineteenth century marble top. After waiting two months, the resultant repair is below my expectations as the crack is still highly visible. In addition, they were unable to put the crib back together, which resulted in our having to discard the item. The last move resulted in damage to the underside of the mattress platform and to the paint of a handpainted table.

Service was excellent but trucks were late both for pick up and one broke down on the road for the delivery
