The movers and drivers are a crucial part of our team. These men work hard in the rain, heat, snow and cold to make sure our customer's moves are completed on time and in a professional manor. Their customer service speaks volumes and our appreciation of our movers and drivers is beyond words.
Bruce Bushey is our Employee of the month for May.
Bruce, is one of our movers at the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Delaware South. Bruce, is a class act and he is one of the most dedicated people to work with our team. Our customers are constantly complimenting the moving team who work with Bruce as he is dedicated to providing the best possible customer service.
Vanecia Gomer
Move Consultant
Vanecia, is our Move Consultant as of April 2017. Vanecia answers the customers questions, creates estimates as well as schedules moves. She was born and raised in Glen Burnie, MD but moved to Dover, DE in 2003. Vanecia is mom to 2 girl and 1 boy, ages 13, 11 and 5. The part of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® that Vanecia likes the most is meeting new people. Customers would describe Vanecia as polite. cheery and a good listener. When Vanecia is not working, she enjoys bowling, cooking, dancing and spending time with her family.
Sean O'Connor
Move Consultant/On-Site Estimator
Sean O’Connor, has been working at the Southern Delaware, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® since January 2015. He started out as a Mover and is currently a Move Consultant as well as an On-Site Estimator. Sean’s position allows him to deal with customers face to face. He takes note of all the customer’s inventory during his walk through and provides the customer with the most accurate estimate possible. He is also able to convey the customer’s needs back to the move teams for a smoother move. The comradery of the workplace is what Sean enjoys most about his job. He has befriended many and enjoys coming to work. His kind, caring and energetic personality makes him an asset to the Southern Delaware location. When Sean is not at work you can find him at church, watching football, enjoying the beach and even juggling.
Cari Hutchison
Sales Team Lead
Cari, has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® since April of 2014. She started as a Move Consultant, and now currently fulfills the role of office manager. A big chunk of her day is spent consulting with new or potential customers and walking them through the move process (and ensuring the fully understand all the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® offers:). Additionally, she ensures all our paperwork stays current and all jobs are closed out and accurate in our system as well as ensuring new hires stay current in MWC2 and that payroll stays on point. Throughout the day, I will make several outbound calls to customers whose move is in progress and whose move has recently passed assuring the customer that we care and are interested in how they view our services and that we will do whatever it takes to exceed expectations. Finally, she works hand-in-hand with the Operations Manager with the daily and weekly scheduling process. Cari’s favorite things about working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® are her co-workers, the structured environment, and most importantly, interacting with customers and having the ability to assist them through the stress of the moving process. Customers would describe Cari as professional, helpful, and caring. When Cari is not at work you can find her spending time with her daughter and traveling to the beach and other fun places (Eagles football games, concerts). On Sunday, she really enjoys watching football at home with friends and family.
Devan Meekins
Move Manager
Devan, known to his co-workers as “Dev” has been with the Southern Delaware, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® for a total of 7 years. He is currently the Move Manager with experience in operations. Dev’s responsibilities include running dispatch, making sure the movers and drivers have all the moving materials they need, training the newly hired movers and drivers, keeping track of the driver’s log books as well as jumping in as an on-site estimator from time to time. He has a down to earth attitude and is a hard worker. Dev enjoys the people he works with and the perks of being able to travel along the east and west coasts. When not at work, Dev enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
Dave Bruner
Operations Manager
Dave was raised in Canada, a province of New Brunswick in the Atlantic Maritimes and is fluent in French (it was his first language:). In 1986, shortly after moving to the U.S. and becoming a citizen, he joined the United States Air Force. He was initially a maintainer, but finished the latter half of his career as a C-5 Loadmaster, finally retiring after 20 years of distinguished service. He is currently married and has two kids, 17-year-old Matthew and 5-year-old Sophia. He, his wife Michelle, and his family have lived in Magnolia, Delaware since 1993. Dave holds his BA in Business Management from the University of Maine and his wife is the State Comptroller for the Department of Public Health and Welfare. He genuinely loves being around people and considers himself a family man above all else (definitely includes the two dogs that adopted him). He is a firm believer that hard work always pays off, and with that being said, intends to someday have his own TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise. He absolutely loves his job, always gives his best, and never quits!

Jeremy Brown
Jeremy is an unrelenting professional that truly believes opportunity exists where you make it. He has over 10 years of worldwide logistics experience and is the owner and a proud team member of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Delaware South. He took ownership in mid-December 2014 after completing 11.5 years of active duty Air Force service as a C-17 pilot. He has since transitioned to the Air Force Reserves in a traditional reservist capacity and serves as the Deputy Inspector General for the 512th Airlift Wing in Dover, Delaware. Jeremy is also very passionate about real estate and is a licensed Realtor/associate at The Moving Experience Delaware. He is an active member of the Kent County Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce. Jeremy is currently married with four wonderful kids and resides in Magnolia, DE. Beyond his family, his primary hobby is running. He is an avid sports fan with a particular affinity for the NFL and NASCAR.
