Meet the Delaware South Team

Meet one of our movers, Davon! He joined just back in December of 2022, but quickly made his presence on the team known with a commitment to hard work and a positive attitude that really resonates with team members and customers. He loves the variety he gets to experience on the job, whether it’s traveling to new places or meeting new people, and he lives each day by our core value “be your best and have fun”.

When he’s not here working with us, you can find him at home relaxing and listening to music!

Hailing from Shipman, Virginia, Cory "landed" in Delaware after 15 years in the USMC and USAF as Security Forces and Air Transportation. After being hired, Cory quickly became one of our main drivers. With all his military training and being a father of 9 kids (yes, you read that correctly) he is able to provide excellent customer service because of his attention to detail and extreme patience. He is also able to provide additional knowledge and support to our Safety and Training managers. Cory has only been on the trucks for 7 months, but he already has over 115 moves under his belt!

Jeremy is an unrelenting professional that truly believes opportunity exists where you make it. He has more than 15 years of worldwide logistics experience and is the owner and a proud team member of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Delaware South. He took ownership of the territory in mid-December 2014 after completing 11.5 years of active duty Air Force service as a C-17 pilot. He has since transitioned to the Air Force Reserves in a traditional reservist capacity and serves as the Squadron Commander for the 712th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron at Dover Air Force Base. Jeremy is also very passionate about real estate and is a licensed Realtor/associate at The Moving Experience Delaware. He is an active member of the Kent County Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce. Jeremy is currently married with four wonderful kids and resides in Magnolia, DE. Beyond his family, his primary hobby is running. He is an avid sports fan and is happy to remind everyone that the Cubbies were World Series Champs in 2016!

Eric is our Assistant Operations Manager at our Delaware South Location. Having worked his way up to this position after starting out as a mover four years ago. Eric works to keep a positive attitude every day and really promotes teamwork among every employee in the office. When Eric is not working, he enjoys relaxing and doing things like fishing and taking trips to his hometown of Brooklyn, N.Y., to visit family and friends.

Tish joined our Delaware South team a year and a half ago as a Move Consultant. Because of her past experience and knowledge from working with the "other guys" she quickly became one of our top CSR's and our new Sales Manager. She has reached the $80K-$150K+ club every month since April, with over a million in sales so far this year and currently stands at 48 in the system for top 100 CSR sales. One of Tish's favorite things about working for TMAT is that her daily duties may be the same, but each day brings something new. When Tish isn't booking moves, you can find her at home with her 6 children watching old movies. Interesting fact we didn't know about Tish, she loves to water ski. She's been doing it since she was 6 years old!

Mike has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for a year. Within that year he has worked his up from driver to team lead and is now our safety manager. Mikes' hard work and dedication make him perfect for this position, which includes getting the trucks and totes ready for moves, keeping the movers and drivers up to date on their training. Mike likes working through all the challenges that come with the job, along with the family atmosphere. When Mike isn't working you can find him at home spending quality time with his family. Fun fact, he loves junk food!

Meet Charlie and Lucy Brown! We know, you usually don't see animals listed as team members on a business website. But, not only are they team members, they are family. Charlie and Lucy are our owners Labradoodles who spend a lot of time with us at the office. Charlie is the "O.D." aka "The Original Dog" who has become very popular on our social media sites. Not only does he brighten our day but that of our customers as well. Lucy is the new girl and Charlies little sister. At 8 months old she is full of energy and a little mischief. But, she is very playful and definitely keeps Charlie on his toes. If you want to see more of our mascots, follow us on any one of our social media sites. Meet our assistant operations manager, Tim! He has been with our franchise for nearly seven years now and is one of the main faces on the team! He’s held just about every position you can imagine – mover, driver, in-home consultant, and now his current role – and he lives and breathes moving. He’s a team member others can trust and goes out of his way to put the customer first when he’s on the job.

Away from work, Tim is a big family man and also enjoys anything that involves spending time with his family and sports. We’re happy he’s with us!

Jody joined our team in February and has already made a significant impact on our sales team. Jody was born in the first city (Lewes) of the first state (Delaware) and loves all things Delaware. Her favorite thing about working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is that you never have the same day twice. Her favorite food is Spaghetti and when she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her at home spending time with her family or at the church. She really likes helping people and looks forward to continuing to serve our customers.

Isabelle has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for just over a month now and is loving it so far! She works primarily out of the Dover, DE office, but services both the Delaware and Maryland customers. She enjoys talking with people on the phone and likes that each new interaction is different. Outside of work, Isabelle enjoys art, reading, talking to friends, cooking, and watching movies with her siblings. The one thing that would be impossible for her to give up is her family, and when asked what people might be surprised to know about her, she noted that she really enjoys painting.
