Every Mover/Driver team member receives 12 hours of web-based training followed by 12 hours of hands-on training in a static environment. Following that, each crew member must complete two days of ride-along with a manager going out to the various moves of the day to see moves in progress and to receive some additional hands-on training. Finally, before they have the opportunity to work without direct supervision, they are what we call shadows for a minimum of three days, where they go along on moves as an extra person under the close supervision of our trainers ensuring they have the skills necessary to operate safely and independently.
