My first question I asked when I called to inquire about a move was "Do you move pianos?" Their quick answer was "YES!" Well they moved it, and broke off a front leg in the process. The piano was clearly not secured to the wall of truck. No one has returned my calls. I was told a mgr would call me and someone would come out to repair it. I have not herd back from them in 11 DAYS! HORRIBLE!!!!!!

The moving team kept me apprised of arrival time. They called upon arrival. Made sure that my instructions were followed as they prepared for move. Took good care of the furniture. Kept me apprised of arrival to destination. Were receptive to how we wanted furniture brought into house. They were helpful, cheerful, courteous, and patient. Couldn't have been better!

The move was very smooth. The crew started earlier than expected as the job before mine wrapped up earlier. The crew was very polite. Carefully wrapped the couch to be moved and delivered it to my place. Very efficient and the fee was reasonable.

I trust two men and a truck. I have successfully completed two moves with this company. The last team to help me was kind, respectful, engaged, fast, strong, careful, and easy to work with. Better communication from the office team would have been appreciated to let me know there was going to be a delay on the day of my move, which for me, caused a huge inconvenience and added to the already stressful process of moving. However, once the moving team arrived they alleviated a lot of the stress and provided excellent customer service and assistance. Due to them alone I will recommend.
