The movers were extremely professional in a less than ideal situation. My landlord was berating everyone helping me move the entire time, but the movers stayed professional, got the job done, and got me out of there! I was concerned about price and my movers understood this- they worked very hard to complete my move in a timely fashion while being careful with my items, especially my piano which I was very concerned with. Nothing was was damaged and the move completed in very reasonable time. The guys were friendly and made the move much less stressful!

Movers arrived 6 hours late. At noon, I was told 1-3. At 1, I was told 2-4. At 2, I was told no later than 5, the time my storage unit closed. At 5 I was told 6:30. At 6:30, they said they were 15-30min away, on their way. Driver called me right after and then told me they were not on their way and were 45-60min our. They arrived at 7:35pm. At that point, I had moved half of my stuff myself and emptied my storage unit into the street so I could move that night. Simply terrible scheduling and internal communication within The company.
