Movers were very personable and worked quick to keep price down. Only concern was slight scratching on dryer which we didn’t notice til later but overall a great job of moving heavy objects. Thanks!

Move was easy, though slightly longer than anticipated.
Two movers came, one was excellent (Darnell) and the other was not. The excellent mover could manage everything, the other literally needed help sometimes to lift things, navigate corners, and needed constant prompting to remember "watch the wall." I got a new scratch in my floor and there were several scuff marks on the wall that, thankfully, Darnell was able to remove himself. Everyone was nice and personable, but were both movers like our poor performer, I would worry for the state of my house.

Polite nice guys who knew what they were doing.Very friendly . Never complained ; maybe could have wrapped plastic down further on the legs of furniturea as they have scratch marks. Sure glad we got 2 trucks as almost filled both. Great experience!

Was told 3 movers would arrive but only 2 came. A few pieces of furniture were scratched. Truck was not large enough so second trip necessary to load and move remaining furniture in original home which then took another half day to finish move. The two young men who came had good attitude in spite of the lack of third worker and worked hard. Learned later from others that used you for move that they did not have good experience ......performance seems to be deteriorating.

My movers were very inexperienced. They carried boxes out one a time instead of using two wheelers. They were very disorganized. They spent too much time organizing the truck. They broke a table, fortunately my neighbor was able to help them and fix the table. They needed a lot more training. Dismantling the bed was a complete challenge to them. Putting it together was equally challenging. The frame was sagging and loose. I tightened it after they left. They had useless tools. However, what they lacked in experience and knowledge they made up with enthusiasm.

Team arrived on time and worked efficiently. A mirror did get broken and they left the broken glass in a tub and I had to dispose of it. They were very apologetic but I still haven't heard back from management regarding reimbursement of mirror

The two movers were excellent and did a great job under difficult circumstances. Their previous customers had not adequately indicated the amount of work that needed to be done so it was late in the day when Bryce and Bryce got to our house. Despite a long day, they were courteous, careful and efficient in moving the furniture we asked them to move. They were terrific.

My service was delayed by 3 days due to another persons move taking too long and only gave me a partial discount and didn't give me many options of when this could be rescheduled or another team can come by and do the service. They were only suppose to move (3) peices and boxes for me, but in the end i moved the boxes myself due to the delay. Finally after getting my items moved I noticed that they never brought an electrical tool which took longer then expected, they left out (2) peices off of my bed frame, didn't screw all the screws in the bed frame so the frame and drawers were uneven, and also scratched my entertainment system when dragging it off of the elevator and mentioned nothing about until i noticed it later. This service was not what i was expecting after reading reviews.
