Thank you to Laurie who quoted me & answered all my questions, the office team for following up with me every step of the way, and HUGE thank you to our amazing movers. Very, very poor planning on your part. Which left me about a quarter of my stuff to still move by myself. I have a medical condition that prevents me from doing anything right now, which was why I hired you in the first place. I'm still trying to figure out how to sort this all out before my apartment complex throws me out at the end of today. Terrible experience. I will be leaving reviews.

The moving team arrived promptly & were prepared for our move. The team (Nick, Michael & Max) were professional, efficient & respectful. They were organized & experienced in managing all parts of our move. They went the “extra mile” for us in a variety of ways. I was told the breaks the movers took would not add to the time I am being charged for, yet I was charged for the full 4hrs even though they took a couple of breaks during that time.
It also felt like they took a bit longer than necessary for the amount of items we had to move.
Overall, though they were friendly and did a good job.

Really happy I called 2 men and a truck! Justin and a Francisco were very professional, nice guys who moved our furniture expertly and quickly. I would definitely want them to come back and move our furniture in the future. I really can’t say enough good things about them..they are awesome!!
