I had no problems with the office or moving staff. They easily accommodated a schedule change and lowered the price to reflect a weekday move. The movers were friendly and curteous and finished in 5 hours instead of the estimated 8.

Jamie and Will were fantastic but I felt bad for them because they had no idea how much furniture I had or that I was moving to a location with stairs and no elevator. I'm wondering why the woman I set the service up with did not ask me these types of specific questions, I would have happily shared. As it was, my job took way longer than they expected because they didn't have this information and I believe it interfered with another job they had scheduled. Jamie and Will were awesome throughout and dealt with it professionally and kindly. I think your staff needs to give the movers more information about the job to prevent such situations.

<div>Amanda, I apologize that the estimate was not as detailed as it should of been, but I am glad that Jamie and Will were able to make up for that. We appreciate your feedback and sincerely thank you for selecting Two Men and A Truck !!!</div>

Overall, it was a very positive experience. The movers were courteous, quick and careful. The office staff was knowledgable and thorough.

I do think having a flat transport fee is a little ridiculous. I paid $140 for the truck to drive 10 min away to my new residence. Perhaps this should be weighted based on distance.

Very happy with a move. A lamp was broken in the move but it was also an old lamp and probably not in the best shape before the move so this was to be expected.

Two Men and a Truck did a great job with our move. The entire process was fast and easy. The moving team was friendly and courteous, took great care of our things, and were very efficient. The whole move took less time than anticipated (3 hrs from start to finish)!
