The initial contact and getting the date set for the move were very good. The day prior to the move, Alex contacted me and gave me a five hour window for the day of the move noon-5:00. The day of the move, it all fell apart. Alex called my home number in Missouri the day of the move. He had done that the previous day. The move was in Denver and I was in Denver. He had my cell phone number but failed to call it either day. at 5:00 no one had called. at 6:30 P.M, the movers called. If they hadn't been so cordial, and I needed the move to occur that day, I would have told them where to go. However, Tony and Christopher were so personable that they relieved my mind and did a great job. If it hadn't been for them salvaging the move, I would have had some words for the dispatcher.

I hired Two Men and a Truck to move my things from an elementary school to my home. It was "moving out" day from school. I was told 2 days earlier, that I would receive a call after noon notifying me of the 2 hour window the movers would be expected to arrive. At 12:57 I finally called the office, and didn't receive a reply call until 1:52, when I was told it would be between 4-5 PM before the movers could arrive at my school! I wasn't happy, because I had made plans for my evening, with my family. I was also inconveniencing the lone secretary left, by waiting so late. I hadn't imagined it was going to turn out to be so late. The gentlemen finally showed up around 3:30, took care of everything, and got it to my home. They were extremely polite and accommodating. Thanks for your help.

I am impressed with your service. The team was extremely efficient and capable. Some damage occurred to our piano and a repair person was sent to fix the damage. I definitely would recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK to friends and family.

I appreciated the availability and flexibility to do a two-hour move. Moving 8 larger items a short distance is what we needed. Plus some one story moves within our old home so that the furniture items would be available for giving away was greatly appreciated.

While the office staff was wonderful about rescheduling us during the same week due to a bout of illness, they were then forced to reschedule our move as numerous team members called out on Memorial Day, and did so at the last minute, which caused quite a few inconveniences for us. They did provide a $70.00 discount as some compensation for the inconvenience. Our moving team was generally excellent, though one of the pieces of furniture was damaged. They offered to repair it as an option, then forgot to do so. However, they did inform us that compensation was available due to the insurance.
