I rate my overall move as a three. Laurie is the one who took my initial order and if it was possible to give her a 10, then I would do so.
My move team was OK, I give them a three. I feel that the dispatch manager was interfering with their move and they felt rushed. The manager called my phone more than three times asking me for updates. I feel it made them rush and then get sloppy.

Joshua was awesome! The other gentleman was very slow and inefficient. This eventually caused us to jump in and help with the moving of items.

I had to tell the crew they missed packing 3 closets. They also left a fully loaded wardrobe in a closet . My wife and I asked the team to pack three mirrors and that was never done. Two never used wardrobe boxers were left in the house and I’m sure we were charged for that. Many items were left not moved. Our charges were almost double the estimate. How does that happen? Wouldn’t recommend.

Terrence and his partner (forgot name) were amazing. We had some broke pieces that were packed by the two men team in Florida that they were quick to make a damage claim on. They were fast, efficient and fun to work with. Lauren in the office was amazing too. I had to make a couple changes to the schedule and she was more than willing to accommodate them.
