This team did a very good job. I am hugely disappoint in the team that loaded the POD in Mundelein. It was poorly pack as things were very unstable. The volume of the POD was not utilized. I cut the team loose there after less than 2 hours, had to pay a 4 hour minimum for a Saturday and had to unload it and reload it myself. What they had put on was less than half the POD and no refund. Ugh.

Lori, in the office was wonderful. She made everything so easy & made me feel like she really cared. My moving team was great too. They were all very friendly & had great attitudes throughout the long day. It’s amazing.. it took these 4 guys less time to move than my last move with 7 movers/different company.They really hustle! Nothing was broken; I was very happy with the whole experience. Thanks

Jesse and Carlos were awesome. Extremely professional during the move and extremely hard working. We had some issues with the elevator and they remained calm and friendly the whole time.

The move overall went went well. There was some minor damage to my floor but they said they will fix it. Still waiting for that to be done. Was little shocked that it cost $400 to move one bedroom set 8 miles across town. The crew was great and very courteous.
