In order to maintain our customer referral rating of 96.5%, it is paramount that we have a staff that is willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. Covering our largest market, these individuals have their work cut out for them on a daily basis. Without these amazing individuals, we wouldn't be able to provide the opportunities that are currently available at our franchise.One of those opportunities being our Value Flex moves, which tends to our customers moving out of a one or two bedroom apartment. Welcome Dontae Griffin to the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Denver southeast/Centennial/Aurora team. Dontae joined the TMAAT team in February and quickly worked his way up to becoming a driver. We are excited to announce and welcome back Davin Cornelius as our newest dispatch manager to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Denver Southeast/Centennial/Aurora team. Davin joined TMAAT Denver as a driver/mover back in 2013. After several years of excellent work, he became the youngest dispatch manager for TMAAT Denver. Davin then went on to become an operations manager with the Memphis franchise. However, he missed Colorado and has just recently moved back. Davin's experience will ensure the customer service we expect to perform on every move TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Denver will continue. Thank you and welcome back Davin.
Big shout to Jalon from the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Denver Southeast/Aurora/Centennial team. Jalon joined TMAAT in June of 2023 and has been a real asset. Terrence is one of our new drivers to TMAAT Denver Southeast/Centennial/Aurora and we are glad to have him here. Terrence shows up with a positive attitude ready to tackle whatever the day (or dispatch) throws at him in always willing to do second/third moves, he doesn't complain, works great with everyone, and is a true asset to our franchises. Sam Walton is one of our newer members of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Denver Southeast/Centennial team. Sam joined the team in June and has already participated in over 100 moves. Sam's great attitude makes him a great teammate and we're excited to see his continued growth. Keep up the great work Sam.
Marcus recently joined us in July of this year and has quickly become a valued member of the team here and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Denver Southeast/Centennial/Aurora. Russel Roeger is a pillar of our Centennial/Denver Southeast/Aurora team. Russel came to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in September and hit the ground running. He made the transition from mover to driver, taking on the extra responsibility, as quickly as he could. In his short time here he's quickly become a veteran driver. Here you see one of our newest drivers out of our Centennial/Denver Southeast location, Devin Chacon. Devin has been with the company since the middle of April starting off as a mover. He grasped the job very quickly allowing him to graduate to become a driver in little to no time. Here you see Jamil Fen, one of our drivers out of our Denver Southeast/Centennial location. Jamil started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK at the beginning of November 2021. Here you see Darion White, one of our top-rated drivers out of our Denver Southeast/Centennial location. Darion started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in the middle of October in 2021, where he learned the ins and outs of being a mover. He is always willing to volunteer when we have a new program/service being introduced to the crews, and generally becomes the team lead on the majority of these projects! Here you see Jeromy Flores, one of our top-rated drivers out of our Centennial/Denver Southeast location. Here you see Taylor Snipes, our newest addition to the Operations team! Taylor started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Denver in June of 2020 and has been a huge asset to the company since day one. He is originally from Cochran, GA and he moved out to Colorado a little over four years ago to enjoy the beautiful weather that this state has to offer. When Taylor isn't on the job he likes to spend quality time with his family including his 18-month-old son, Orion. When Taylor was working on the trucks he was one of our top drivers in regards to customer service scores. Say hello to our newly engaged Sales & Marketing Manager, Brad Dotterer! Brad has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for 5+ years now and has had a huge impact on our continued success. Before making the move out to Denver, CO he spent roughly 2 years working with our Home Office headquarters/Lansing, MI franchise. While out in MI Brad was able to learn all about best practices in the moving industry while also developing his customer service skills. This knowledge and experience paired with his positive attitude have made him an all-around asset to our business. Julius Vigil was born and raised in Colorado. He started off as a Dispatch Manager out of our Greenwood Village location, and soon then after was promoted to Operations Manager due to his hard work and dedication to the business. Julius has been in the moving industry for a total of seven-plus years and has gained an abundance of moving knowledge since day one.
