Scheduling the appointment was great. The movers, though, were painfully slow. To the point that it felt like they were running the clock out. They’d make trips in and out of the house without carrying anything. They’d casually walk around. It wasn’t until someone else started helping them that they picked their pace up a little. I told this to the call I got from you during the move to no effect.

First the good stuff. This was an internal move of furniture. The two movers were friendly and made sure that they moved everything we wanted. They were on time and did the job in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely use your company again.

The moving team was great. They were professional and were able to get things loaded/unloaded quickly. They were also able to work around another truck being in the loading zone for 90 minutes during our allotted time.

Fast, efficient, and clear communication. Scheduling, phone call checkins, the actual move and payment. We moved across town and used the movers only for furniture that didn't fit in our SUV. They were faster and probably more careful than we would have been if we rented a truck instead.

Don't recall the crew's names, but they were awesome - professional, courteous, and explained process in detail. They were careful with my furniture and asked questions along the way so I knew what was going on at all times. This company has handled three of my moves and I will definitely use them again.
