Dispatcher Jerry is excellent. Movers Tony and Matthew knew their stuff. Great personalities. Work fast and efficiently. Pleasure to have them work for me. They made a difficult day so easy.

I had two new phone charges in my apartment. No one else was in my apartment. On completetion of the move. after the men left I had one old phone charger with wires showing. This was what the men left on my counter, It was not mine. It was old and frayed. I had two and they both were new. A bucklet of detergent was gone. The movers did not recheck the rooms when finished. My computer desk was partially on the floor. The mover said he would come back but never did.

The moving team was professional, personable and helpful. They had the items to be moved wrapped and were done in about 2 hours. Delivery was accomplished very well. Good team.

The first truck that arrived with two guys was too small for my items, not sure where the miscommunication was when they sent a truck too small for the job, and the first two young men were not very professional. That being said, when the larger truck came out with Francisco, Jose, and Emanuel- they were an awesome team and so very professional in everything they did, how they handled my household items- I was relieved when the original two man crew did not come back and I got the three with a larger truck.
