Both men were extremely courteous and efficient. They made things go much more smoothly than we anticipated which is amazing.

We had three men and a truck. The place we moved into has 32 stairs to the top floor where the bedrooms are located. I kept apologizing when something heavy had to go to the top floor. They seemed to like the challenge. I was very impressed with their work and grateful to have such a fantastic team!

Help to move my mother were extremely courteous and polite we would request them When we need your services again.

The only suggestion I would make is to have the trucks equipped with long jumper cables. I wasn't bothered that the truck wouldn't re-start, and I was happy to help by jumping it, but it was really difficult to get near enough to the vehicle to jump it (and it took awhile to do, so that battery probably needs to be replaced). It seems odd to me that any vehicle you own (personal, but esp. professional) would not carry cables.

We had a complicated moving situation and the crew was very flexible with all aspects. They were respectful and polite and handled everything with excellence. There were a couple of unexpected issues where the correct tools were not on the the truck. The lead crewman tried to call the office for assistance, but no one answered. He then proceeded to handle the situation on his own and excelled. We were extremely satisfied with this particular crew. Excellent job!

Really a positive experience! The whole team was cheerful, efficient, polite, helpful, and careful with my household goods. A friend indicated their family had used your company twice, and would again. So, I called you, without even talking to other companies to get bids. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, clear, and had a pleasant and positive attitude. The moving team, however, was great. Aaron and Jason were quick and careful, which is to be expected--but also very good with customer relations. They would stop and focus on us if we asked a question, and we were assured several times they would do whatever it took to take as much stress as possible out of the experience. Their attitude and actions actually made this a pleasant experience--and I, for one, absolutely hate moving! I don't know what moving teams are paid, but these two deserve more!

both young men arrived when scheduled, had good attitudes, and got our stuff wrapped and loaded then unloaded at our new house. Would use them again when we need to move, (but not for awhile hopefully).
