I always use this company when I relocate locally. I love the friendly, professional care that I receive. Michael and Anthony were very personable, polite, and careful with my belongings. The office staff is very knowledable about rates, times, staffing, etc. I have used this company 4 or 5 times and have never had a problem. I highly recommend!

Service was excellent, except for one thing. I tried reaching the company by phone to make a change in my move date and the connection sent me on a never ending loop. Very frustrating. I was contacted after sending an email message. It all worked out in the end.

The two young men were pleasant and very hard workers.

The movers pay close attention to what their customers need in order to ensure belongings are safely packed and transported. My team was fantastic! They were a pleasure to work with. We missed a couple of gravy boats in the kitchen (I say we because I double checked and missed them too) and some how my cleaner found them stuffed way back in a cabinet somewhere. Other than that they were 100% on everything. Dan, Sarah, and Myran are excellent employees. They represent your company well.

This is at least the sixth time we have used this franchise of Two Men and a Truck. This SPECIFIC franchise is the absolute best. The office staff is more than communicative, the movers are all very customer service oriented and friendly. This past week the air quality was so awful with the Napa fires, I asked the gentlemen running back and forth to the truck to please slow down. They were so conscientious of the timeclock, they were literally running back and forth from the truck when unloading... I told them their health was more Important. The teams we have always had, and especially his last team, are the hardest working people Ive ever met. I appreciate them and their work ethic is beyond reproach. Thank you so much ! I always recommend...and I will use again. Thank you

Your movers helped me tremendously! They moved my familys things into my garage for safe keeping. They off loaded the truck in a neat and careful manner, so I could still move around the perimeter of my garage. Thank you to Jake and David. They were invaluable and courteous the whole 5 hours they were with me. Thank again !

The movers came to our place at 9:15 am and finished at 8:15 pm. They were very slow. They took long lunch break, the time for which they charged us. The person called Brian was the one whom we found to be placing the boxes in the wrong rooms and not very intrested in doing the job which led him to being more of an observer than a doer . Ron was fast and he was careful about placing the correct boxes in the appropriate room. We had packed and labelled the items for Storage and Open First separately and labeled them. But after the move, we found on the next day that there were 6 boxes labelled Storage in the house and 1 box labelled Open First - Medicines in the storage. We were overcharged and after paying so much the job was done badly. Ron was only guy who was focused and hardworking.

The office was prompt in responding to my online request. He office representative was informative, very friendly and accommodating. the movers showed up on time. they were expeditious in their operation. handled our property with care. very friendly the whole day. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone with the need. they were more like family than a private company and reasonably priced. thank you Two Men and a Truck
