Community Service in Sacramento

Here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Sacramento, we believe in our core value of giving back to community. We are always here to help in assisting charities and also have a few of our own. Maybe we'll see you at one of these events!

18th Annual Walk-For-Wishes

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is partnered with Make-A-Wish® Northeastern California and Northern Nevada once again for the 18th annual Walk-For-Wishes fundraising event in downtown Sacramento. The annual event benefits Make-A-Wish Northeastern California and Northern Nevada to help grant wishes for local children battling life-threatening medical conditions. The chapter has granted more than 6,000 wishes since they were established in 1983 and was one of the earliest Make-A-Wish chapter formed.  With the help of generous donors, community supporters, and dedicated volunteers, the chapter is able to grant more than 275 wishes each year.

“We are so grateful for all that TWO MEN AND A TRUCK do for us. They are wonderful supporters of ours and through their generosity, we are able to grant more wishes to children in our community.” says Jennifer Stolo, CEO, Make-A-Wish Northeastern California and Northern Nevada. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Sacramento has helped Make-A-Wish Northeastern California and Northern Nevada grant more than 35 wishes for children in the community. We were honored to be a part of the event again this year and look forward to next year.

Making sure the Wish is completed is our #1 priority!

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® started Movers for Moms® to ensure all moms are given the attention and appreciation they deserve on Mother's Day no matter what the circumstances. Movers for Moms® in Sacramento started in 2007 and has grown to cover the surrounding Sacramento region to include donation collection sites all over the greater Sacramento metropolitan area.
