It's been a week since our move, and I have still not received any resolvefor the broken items. We pre paid for the $108 coverage ahead of time and everything. The management (JR and Derrick)staff has not done their best to ensure we were taken care of after the movers slipped and broke our furniture due to not having prepped the walk way and front door to our new home before unloading.

Excellent experience from speaking to all the reps (I'm sorry I don't remember their names) on the phone to get the details and finally making a well informed decision to get an appointment. Their follow-ups were reassuring. The moving crew of Manuel, Kevin and Zac were super in packing, loading, and unloading my things. Two Things Up and Five Stars for everyone!

Have used your services several times. We always find your team to be caring, kind, and efficient. On our last move Austin and Manny were all of the above! Austin was extremely kind to our father as we moved him into a residential care home, patiently answering his questions and listening to his stories. Really made a difficult day a little easier!!
