I am writing to formally express my profound dissatisfaction with the recent services provided by Two Men and a Truck moving company. The conduct and performance of both the dispatch team and the movers were egregiously unprofessional and substandard, causing undue stress and hardship during an already challenging situation.

Thanks to my moving team, everything went even more smoothly than I expected! They were efficient, nice, and helpful and made sure to put all my furniture/boxes right where I wanted them! 10/10 moving team and would definitely use your services again!

Kevin and Mel were amazing! They were so friendly, polite, fast, and careful. They carried my elliptical down a flight of stairs, which is no easy feat. Give them raises!
